We are excited to announce the hiring of David Flowers as our next girls varsity basketball coach! Coach Flowers comes to us with 17 years of basketball coaching experience, including five years as the varsity girls basketball coach at Hopkins High School. Coach Flowers stepped away from coaching after the 2024-2025 season to pursue his masters degree and teaching certification in Special Education. Upon graduating from Western Michigan University, Coach Flowers began working as an ASD teacher at Holland High School. “It is an absolute blessing to be joining the Holland athletics community as the varsity girls basketball coach. I am excited to work alongside our student-athletes to foster an environment where our players can build their confidence and skills while working towards common goals. In addition, we will work everyday to be a program that our community can be proud of - in the classroom, on the court, and in the community.
