On Wednesday night, Holland Soccer fell to Hamilton 2-1 in the district tournament. Holland was able to tie the game 1-1 when Leah Margaron put a shot in from distance from a pass by Bella Campos. Unfortunately, Hamilton scored the go-ahead goal with only 1:20 left in the second half. "Hamilton scored a dramatic game-winner at the end," said Holland coach Greg Ceithaml. "I was really happy with the way we played. We gave ourselves a number of chances to score. I am sad that it is the last time this group will play together. We will miss all of our seniors: Tabby Brown, Karime Pulido, Star Goodrich, Kelsie Dekker, Dee Rumpsa, Leah Margaron, Jubi Mascarro, Keoni Gainey, Camila Ruiz, and Lesly Garcia-Juarez." Holland finished the season 3-13-3.
