Exercise and intensity-based tiers are built in to cater to different skill levels in the weight room, allowing younger athletes to confidently train and build a strong foundation without feeling overwhelmed. TESTING will be spread throughout Week 2 of summer HEAT. We will be testing BASELINE speed, agility, and strength numbers on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of week 2.
