NEW HEAT Schedule (Effective June 15

Heat has kicked off with a BANG! We’ve served over 100 students each day so far, and we’re excited to keep growing. To do so, we need to implement some logistical changes so that all levels are able to receive the intensity of coaching and results HEAT is designed to deliver. First, this Friday (June 12) will be a HIGH SCHOOL ONLY training day (for logistical purposes). MORE IMPORTANTLY: effective Monday June 15, we will be implementing a new schedule that will apply for the remainder of the summer. On this schedule, all sessions will be either High-School only or MIddle-School only. Implementing MS-only sessions allow Coach Mike Woodby to coach our young, developing athletes with his undivided attention! This is a big deal as we seek to build a foundational healthy habits and a strong pipeline for athletic success at Holland. High School Only Sessions: Monday and Wednesday: 6:30-8am, 8:30-10am, 5-6:30pm. Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30-7:30 am, 9:30-10:30 am (note these sessions are only 60 minutes long!) Friday: 6:30-8am, 8:30-10am (note we are removing the 10-11:30 session). High School Training Program will retain its structure, with high-intensity days falling on MWF, and Mobility, Core, and Conditioning Falling on T/TH. Middle School Only Sessions: Monday and Wednesday EVENING: 6:30-7:30 pm Tuesday and Thursday MORNING: 7:30-8:30 am, and 8:30-9:30 am Middle School sessions will last 60 minutes, and will all include speed, agility, and total body strength progression. ALL 8:30 sessions are still available for bussing. If you’ve already set up transportation, there is no need to restart that process.
