The Holland Dutch varsity tennis team hosted its third tournament of the season on Saturday. Holland finished in 2nd place with 13 points, just behind Allegan (17 points). Dewitt (10 points) and Sparta (8 points) took third and fourth respectively. Holland had three flight champions in Peyton Lehman (4S), Royce Cano & Will Lubbers (3D), and Mason Hart & Josiah VanFarowe (4D). Christian Ramirez (3S) and Owen Baer and Hank Webb (2D) were finalists at their respective flights. "This was a tightly contested tournament," said Holland coach Kyle Kreps. "I was happy to see the team compete from start to finish. We will continue to work on improving our tactics and execution." The Dutch are now 5-1-3.
