On Wednesday night, Holland traveled to Hamilton and won 3-1. Odis Fickel assisted Ali Sakhi Zada in the first half, but the Hawkeyes knotted the score at 1-1 in the first half. In the second half, Fickel converted a penalty kick and assisted Luis Parra to cap the scoring. "Hamilton played very tough defense and the Hamilton goalie made some incredible saves," said Holland soccer coach Greg Ceithaml. "I am glad we were able to apply pressure and score some goals in the second half. It was a good win on the road." Holland is now 12-3-3. In JV action, the Holland JV team beat Hamilton 3-0. The Holland JV team is now 16-0-1.
