Holland traveled to Holland Christian on Monday night and won 5-4 which earned Los Dutch a share of the Conference Championship. Holland went down 0-2 in the first half but Odis Fickel scored a couple of quick goals just before halftime. Early in the second half, Holland went down again 4-2. Again, Odis Fickel scored, Ali Sakhi Zada tied the game, and Fickel scored the game-winner. In the end, Fickel scored 4 goals, Saki Zada netted a goal, Josiah VanHekken recorded two assists and Alan Estrada had an assist. "Holland Christian played very well and put a lot of pressure on us going up two goals twice in that match," said Holland soccer coach Greg Ceithaml. "The team never gave up and battled back twice. I am very happy to see the team develop resilience and determination. Those qualities will help as we move into districts." Holland finished the regular season 13-3-3 and share the OK Black Conference Championship with Unity Christian. In JV action, the Holland JV beat Holland Christian 1-0. The Holland JV finished their undefeated season 17-0-1.
