On Saturday, the Dutch traveled north for the Grand Haven Invite. The Buccaneers of Grand Haven won the tournament. In a battle for second, Holland finished just behind Zeeland East to take third place on the day. Leading the way for the Dutch was the #1 doubles team of Evelyn Lewin and Haleigh Souder who were 3-0 on the day. Earning runner-up status was Ahava LeFebre (#1 singles), Abby Sanchez and Amaya Hallacy (#2 doubles), and Kiernan Grigg and Amelia Chmura (#3 doubles). Taking third place for Holland was Lucy Green and Ally Valentine (#4 doubles) and Lena D'Addona and Remi VanFarowe at #5 doubles. "We did a lot of good things today and proved we are right there with Grand Haven (a state qualifying team from a year ago) and Zeeland East (2024 OK Green Conference champions)", said Holland coach Kyle Kreps. "We're excited to get back to work tomorrow." Holland is now 2-2 on the season.
