On Wednesday night, the Holland Men's soccer team tied conference rival Holland Christian 1-1. After conceding a penalty kick goal early in the first half, Luke Rund-Scott found Josiah VanHekken, who knotted the game 1-1. There were many tense moments and scoring opportunities, but the match ended in a draw. "That was intense," said Holland coach Greg Ceithaml. "I thought we played very well, but Holland Christian was able to hold us up. It was a very physical game with both teams rising to the challenges. It was a fun game to watch." Holland is now 6-1-5.
