High School fall sports are starting on Monday! Are you ready? 1. Log in to final forms to choose what sports your son or daughter wants to play this year. This has to be done yearly by the parent/guardian. 2. Sign your forms (both the parent/guardian AND student) 3. Turn in your physical. You can upload this directly to final forms or drop it off in the athletic office on Monday You will not be allowed to try out without having taken care of the things listed above. The athletic office will be open at 8:00 am Monday to ask any questions or turn in any last minute items.
