Cross Country Races at Chargers Sunrise Invite

Holland Cross Country competed well and took 6th today at the Chargers Sunrise Invite, earning 7 individual medals, 10 PRs, and 8 SRs. Boys’ Race: Aiden Lambers finished in a medal spot with a season-best time of 17:16. Rian Powers ran strong for a medal spot with a season-best of 17:54. Ale Castillo raced hard, finishing close behind with a medal spot and a season record of 17:57. Caelen Gray raced smart for a medal spot and a season record of 18:06. Luke Arendshorst finished strong for the team in 5th for the Dutch with a season record of 18:52. Ryan Geerts placed 6th for the team with a PR of 20:05. In the JV race, Bahati finished strong with a time of 21:44, Emerson achieved a PR of 24:32, and Quinn earned a season record with a time of 20:54. Girls’ Race: Johanna Mulder raced strong to medal finish of 4th overall with a season record of 19:07. Lexi Gibson raced well, earning a medal in 11th place with a PR of 20:27. Ambria Depoy raced to a medal in 20th place with a season record of 21:08. Harper Schoon-Tanis ran smart to finish with a PR of 22:57. Eleanor McMullen raced hard, finishing with a season record of 23:46. Annie Lou Howell raced confidently and strong to finish with a PR of 23:51. Ashlyn Depoy also raced strong, finishing with a PR of 24:08. In the JV race, Cheri Stout raced well to earn a PR of 29:28, and Adelle Snyder raced to a season-best time of 30:34.
