The Holland Girls Varsity Basketball team opened the season with a 52-35 loss. The Dutch showed a lot of Grit and Composure playing hard every possession. "We will find a lot of success this year if we continue to play with that level of intensity and togetherness. We have ways to improve and will continue to work each and everyday to get better." said Coach Telgenhof. Holland was led in scoring by Emma Margaron with 10 points. Maggie Telgenhof scored 8 while Johanna Mulder added 6. Holland returns to action on Friday in the Dome against Wyoming Lee.
